Valerie Powell has some of her work on display in the library throughout August. Do pop in and take a look at this beautifully colourful art.

We are delighted to welcome Imogen Matthews back to the library on Friday 16th September, when she will talk about her 4 novels based on her incredible family history. Tickets go on general sale at the library on 30th August, and full details are given on the poster below.

We had to postpone this event because of the very hot weather in the summer but, as promised, we now have a new date - Saturday 12th November, with two performances, at 1pm and 3.30 pm. Save the date! We can't wait to welcome them back!
