THE RE-OPENING OF THE LIBRARY

It is with great relief and excitement that we can tell you all that the wheels are in motion for the opening of the library, hopefully by the beginning of October.
The library experience will of necessity be very different; there will be social distancing measures in place, with no more than 5 customers in the library at any one time for a limit of 30 minutes. Customers will be asked to leave their contact details, wear a mask and use the gel provided before handling books. There will be a one-way system in place and reduced opening hours to allow for shelving etc to be completed when the library is closed. But, crucially, it will be open!

CURRENT OPENING HOURS

Monday Closed

Tuesday 10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm

Wednesday Closed

Thursday 10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4 pm

Friday 10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4 pm

Saturday 10am – 12pm

Thank you all for your support during this uncertain time. Whilst it will take a bit of getting used to, we will at the very least have our library doors open and I am sure we all relish the thought of being able to at least go and choose a book once again. We will keep you updated and look forward to seeing you there.
