As it may be some time before we can reinstate our author talks, as a special treat for Friends, we are delighted that esteemed local author Hugh Thomson will be giving a Zoom talk on August 27th at 7.30pm on the very appropriate topic ‘Why Books Matter’. This talk will be free of charge, so if you would like to join us do please let us know by emailing Watlington.library@oxfordshire.gov.uk
